Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, feature roadmaps, and key performance metrics (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
- Gather user requirements, translate customer feedback into actionable user stories, and maintain sprint backlogs.
- Lead Agile development cycles (Scrum/Kanban) in collaboration with engineering and design leads.
- Track product usage analytics, run feature experiments, and optimize end-to-end user retention.
- Communicate project progress, milestone achievements, and risk mitigation strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of software product management experience delivering web, mobile, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in product telemetry tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Jira).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background or familiarity with software engineering concepts, cloud technologies, or UI/UX workflows.
