Role Overview
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Neutonsoft, you will lead the creation of responsive, highly interactive, and scalable web user interfaces for enterprise clients worldwide. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to craft state-of-the-art web solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance frontend web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate Figma/Adobe XD mockups into seamless, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Optimize web application performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility across desktop and mobile devices.
- Write clean, modular, unit-tested code and perform peer code reviews to enforce quality standards.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services with state management solutions like Redux Toolkit or React Query.
- Mentor junior frontend developers and drive adoption of modern JavaScript/TypeScript best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap), and CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS).
- Demonstrated experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Context API).
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques, core web vitals, and SSR/SSG patterns.
- Familiarity with modern bundlers (Webpack, Vite), Git version control, and CI/CD automated deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong oral/written communication skills in English.
