Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, user interviews, wireframing, and user flow mapping for complex web and mobile products.
- Design visually stunning UI components, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems using Figma.
- Collaborate directly with product owners and developers to ensure seamless visual handoffs and accurate UI implementation.
- Perform usability testing, collect user feedback, and iteratively refine product interfaces for optimal UX metrics.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines and UI standards across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for web and mobile software applications.
- Expert-level mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design workflows, wireframes, component libraries, and end-to-end web/mobile apps.
- Solid understanding of responsive layout grids, typography, micro-animations, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations to ensure design feasibility.
- Strong storytelling and design presentation capabilities.
